What is Dafna's shipping policy?
We ship all in-stock orders within 3 business days. The only possible exceptions would be holidays, backorders or orders placed on Holidays, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. In some instances orders placed over the weekend or on holidays can still ship within 24 hours. For UPS: we cannot deliver to post office box, APO or FPO. Standard shipping method: 2 to 7 business days, UPS Ground or USPS.
Dafna ships via UPS or USPS in certified packaging to protect your orders. It is important that the address you provide us is correct and has a mail receptacle or PO Box number (for USPS service). If UPS or USPS does not deliver to your address, please advise us when placing an order. Once Dafna has shipped your order we are already charged for shipping costs by the carrier as well as return charges (by UPS). Therefore, once a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable, wrong address or one with no mail receptacle you have provided, Dafna will refund your order less the actual cost of the freight to the address you provided and freight charges billed to Dafna on the return it incurred once the package is returned to us. You will have to re-submit a new order with the corrected address.

All returns require authorization from Dafna. With the exception of receiving the wrong item or product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds of non-defective items will be calculated and issued less the cost of postage Dafna paid to ship the order regardless of whether or not the item was listed with free outbound shipping to a customer.
